Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us and provide clear photo evidence of both the package and its contents. Replacements may be issued at our discretion.

If an error is made on our end (such as receiving the wrong item), we will correct the issue. Photo evidence may be required before a resolution is provided.

Carrier Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
