How Drapa Credits Work

Step 1: Purchase Drapa Credits using PayPal. Credits are available in $20, $50, $100, and $150 amounts and are added directly to your wallet balance once payment is completed.

Step 2: Add your research products to your cart.
Step 3: At checkout, select Pay by Wallet to spend your stored credit balance.

Wallet Top-Up Option:
If you do not have enough credits, you may use the Wallet Top-Up option at checkout. After completing the top-up payment, you will be automatically redirected back to your cart to finish your purchase using your updated wallet balance.

Important Rules:
• Drapa Credit purchases must be completed in a separate order. No research products can be in the cart when purchasing credit packages.
• Wallet Top-Ups are designed only to cover insufficient balance during checkout.
• Any remaining wallet balance stays in your account for future use.
• Credits cannot be refunded or transferred once added to your wallet.

Purchase credits first → then return to shop and complete your research product order using your wallet balance.

A lot of research suppliers felt overpriced, difficult to navigate, or lacked transparency altogether. Drapa Division was built around the idea that research materials should remain reasonably accessible while still maintaining careful handling, professional packaging, and consistent operational standards.

As a small operation, fulfillment may take up to three (3) business days at times, particularly due to limited carrier pickup availability in our area. However, the goal is always to make up for that through fair pricing, careful fulfillment practices, responsive customer service, and continued operational improvements.

Drapa Division is not built around constant sales or inflated pricing strategies. The goal is to keep pricing as fair and consistent as possible from the beginning while continuing to improve quality control, packaging standards, and overall customer experience as operations expand over time.
