If you do not have enough credits, you may use the Wallet Top-Up option at checkout. After completing the top-up payment, you will be automatically redirected back to your cart to finish your purchase using your updated wallet balance.
Important Rules:
• Drapa Credit purchases must be completed in a separate order. No research products can be in the cart when purchasing credit packages.
• Wallet Top-Ups are designed only to cover insufficient balance during checkout.
• Any remaining wallet balance stays in your account for future use.
• Credits cannot be refunded or transferred once added to your wallet.
Purchase credits first → then return to shop and complete your research product order using your wallet balance.
